[ES] Las empresas turísticas se encuentran inmersas en un entorno cambiante, caracterizado por los avances tecnológicos, al aumento de la competencia global y a las consecuencias derivadas de la crisis económica mundial. Ante estas circunstancias, las empresas turísticas se ven obligadas a diseñar estrategias de marketing y llevar a cabo planes estratégicos. Pues bien, para entender el marketing y desarrollar estrategias eficaces, es fundamental entender el contexto en el que opera la empresa, puesto que en él se generan las oportunidades del mercado y se presentan las amenazas que van a condicionar su futuro. Entre las fuerzas que integran el entorno empresarial se encuentran la economía, la sociedad, la política o la demografía, entre otras.

Viability Conditions for a Compartmentalized Protometabolic System: A Semi-Empirical Approach

In this work we attempt to find out the extent to which realistic prebiotic compartments, such as fatty acid vesicles, would constrain the chemical network dynamics that could have sustained a minimal form of metabolism. We combine experimental and simulation results to establish the conditions under which a reaction network with a catalytically closed organization (more specifically, an (M, R)-system) would overcome the potential problem of self-suffocation that arises from the limited accessibility of nutrients to its internal reaction domain. The relationship between the permeability of the membrane, the lifetime of the key catalysts and their efficiency (reaction rate enhancement) turns out to be critical. In particular, we show how permeability values constrain the characteristic time scale of the bounded protometabolic processes. From this concrete and illustrative example we finally extend the discussion to a wider evolutionary context.

Gorrek hainbat arazo aurkitzen dituzte Osasun Sisteman entzuleekin komunikatzeko, nahiz eta zerbitzu publikoek komunikazio erraztasunak ahalbidetu behar dizkietela araututa egon. Helburua: Gorren ezaugarri kulturalak ezagutu, Osasun Sisteman dituzten zailtasunak identifikatu eta erizainek Gorren beharrei erantzuteko estrategia eraginkorrak zehaztu. Metodologia: Errebisio bibliografiko honetan, PIO estruktura erabili da. Barneratze eta baztertze irizpideak finkatuta, Biblioteca Virtual de la Salud, PubMed eta Scopus-en burutu da bilaketa, 2005-2010 urte tarteko artikuluak aztertuz. Emaitzak: Gortasuna ikuspuntu medikotik bereizten du Gor kulturak, izan ere, beraien ezaugarri naturaltzat dute. Cybervictimization by cyberbullying: children at risk and children as risk

Cybercrime in general derives from a series of events and factors that converge to foster this phenomenon. After an introduction, the reader will find four chapters. The first one provides a contextualization with background information. The changes in socioeconomic life and the accessibility and reach of the new technologies are assessed. The focus is set on the use of the internet and its far-reaching implications including the responses of national and international institutions. Nowadays, the internet is the window to current affairs whereby the social world is projected, and this idea becomes clear throughout the text. The second chapter deals with factors of patterns of cyberbullying. The third one is concentrated on the impact of cyberbullying and the concept of harm. The final one tackles the possibilities of recovery and resilience. All this allows us to draw some general conclusions. The work ends with a list of references and several annexes that help to understand in depth some of the points discussed throughout the text.
